LCE PTA

LCE PTA is a 501(c) (3) tax exempt organization and is proud to be over 100 years old, with every dollar raised being spent to support LCE.  Over 400 parents, teachers, staff and community members are part of LCE PTA. We have a singular goal: to support and to enrich our children’s public school education in LCUSD. Our members serve over 30,000 volunteer hours on campus, at home and in the La Cañada community to support our goals. In order to lend your input to LCE PTA and serve on committees, you must be a PTA member.  Membership costs only $10 per person and is available on our website under "Join PTA" and in our back to school Online Order Form.

The PTA executive board is elected each spring. The board organizes and facilitates PTA activities, working closely with school administration and teachers. You can find the different board positions as well as committee chairs on this website under "PTA". The six areas of our PTA’s emphasis are: programs, room representatives, membership, volunteers, communications and ways and means (fundraising).

LCE PTA is a vibrant organization which welcomes your involvement and support. LCE PTA meetings take place the 3rd Wednesday of every month at 9:15 a.m. in the cafeteria (except for a few exceptions). The first meeting of the year is on the first day of school. You can see the meeting calendar for this school year under "PTA" on this website. If you have any questions, or would like to get involved today please contact president@lcepta.org.
